Youth and Education Forum on the Issues of Globalization, FTAA and Summit
of the Americas
Thursday, March 29, 2001 – 7 pm
Marion Hall Auditorium, Ottawa University
(If you are taking the bus you can get off at the OCtranspo stop next
Marion Hall. Otherwise, take Marie-Curie Street off King Edward, go to
the end of Marie Curie and go left or go left on Louis Pasteur and the
Marion Building is to your right. I'm going over there this afternoon to
check out the directions. Your best bet is to look at a campus map once
you get to the campus. Or call me (dar) after 9 pm tonight or early
tomorrow am once I have found my way to the auditorium )

Karen Gorecki - Sierra Youth Coalition
Eric Pelletier - Representative from Promotions Office - Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade
Pablo Leal - Carribean and Latin American Soliderity Group
Kate MacLean - Carleton University Womyn's Centre
(Guest speakers will each present for 10-15 minutes. A 20 minute question
period will follow. Then, there will be small group discussion for 20
minutes and a 5-10 minute wrap up. )
Come on out to learn and share your own ideas about issues of poverty,
economy, environment and human rights in the Americas!!!
