Detoxifying Our Earth

Elizabeth May, Executive Director of Sierra Club, will be a 
guest  speaker at a community presentation hosted by 
GO Manor Park! Garden Organically!.

Learn about the problems caused by the cosmetic use of pesticides 
in our community and what you can do to make a difference.

Come hear this important talk by Elizabeth May, environmentalist, 
writer, activist, and lawyer. First holder of the Elizabeth May Chair 
in Women's Health and the Environment at Dalhousie University, 
Elizabeth is on the Board of the International Institute for 
Sustainable Development, and Vice-Chair of the National Round Table 
for the Environment and the Economy.
