[OPIRG-EVENTS] ADMIN recent postings of non-events

  Please be aware that those people who posted multiple non-events to the
opirg-events have in fact had their posting privileges revoked. The charter
specifically says that only events that I can *attend* and that are in
*Ottawa* should be posted.

  Please don't think that because those postings went out that the rules
have changed.
