        Dr. SANDY KIRBY

Dr. Kirby is a professor at the Department of Sociology, at the
University of Winnipeg. A former Olympic athlete, she is well
known for her work in the area of ethics and women and sport.  She
is the author of several books, including The Dome of Silence:
Sexual Harassment and Abuse in Sport (2000).
