Afghan war: Vision TV and CPAC interviews with COAT coordinator, Richard
Sanders

The coordinator of the Coalition to Oppose the Arms Trade (COAT) was
interviewed at the Vision TV studios in Toronto yesterday (October 15).
The eight-minute interview with Richard Sanders, focuses on peace activism
and Canadian government complicity in the war against Afghanistan.  The
interview, which includes photos from COAT's "Vigil for Nonviolence" in
Ottawa (Oct. 6), will appear on "Insight," Vision TV's "flagship program." 

This edition of INSIGHT MAGAZINE will be aired nationally during the
following four time slots, tonight and tomorrow: 

Tuesday, Oct. 16, 	9 pm Eastern / 8 p.m. Pacific

and Re-broadcast: 
Tuesday, Oct. 16, 	11 pm Eastern
Wednesday, Oct. 17, 	7 am Eastern
Wednesday, Oct. 17, 	1 pm Eastern

CPAC - Cable Public Affairs Channel

COAT's coordinator will be interviewed by Ken Rockburn this afternoon (Oct.
16).

The 10-15 minute interview will be broadcast nationally on a program called
"TALK POLITICS":

Wednesday 	9 pm 	Eastern / 6 pm Pacific

and Re-broadcast: 	
Thursday Oct. 18: 	1 am Eastern
			9 am Eastern
