[OPIRG-EVENTS] G-20/IMF/WB community meeting Tuesday Oct. 30th (fwd)





Following last Monday's meeting, the *local* Ottawa Women's March
Committee and NAC-Eastern Ontario encourage your participation at a
community meeting to talk about effective, inclusive, non-violent actions
against the war and around the G-20 meeting in Ottawa, November 16th, 17th
and 18th. This is an opportunity to continue last week's discussion with
groups interested in organizing around the principles of non-violence.

As agreed to last week, the meeting will take place at 7p.m. TUESDAY,
OCTOBER 30TH at the CUPE building, which is fully accessible.
The building is located at 20 James but we are invited to enter through
the back door.

We will provide coffee and tea. If you can, please bring munchies to
share.

Le Comite de la Marche des femmes d'Ottawa et le Comite canadien d'action
sur le statut de la femme (NAC) invitent les militantes et les militants a
une reunion pour discuter d'actions efficaces, non-violentes et inclusives
contre la guerre en lien avec la reunion du G-20 a Ottawa les 16, 17 et 18
novembre.

La reunion debutera a 19 heures. Elle se tiendra a l'edifice du SCFP qui
est accessible aux personnes a mobilite reduite. L'edifice est situe au 20
James mais nous vous invitons a entrer par la porte arriere.

Nous nous assurerons qu'il y aura du cafe et du the. Celles et ceux qui le
peuvent sont invites a apporter des grignottines a partager.
