Description:
The Sierra Club Ottawa Group is hosting a presentation by David Jeanes on
Light Rail Public Transit in Ottawa.  David Jeanes represents Transport 2000
and was a member of Ottawa's Light Rail Project Steering Committee.  Mr.
Jeanes will talk about light rail from the environmental, technological and
safety perspectives.  He will also cover the integration of light rail with
bus services and the possibilities for expanding this
environmentally-friendly means of transportation in Ottawa.
