steady decrease in the number of farms across Canada's prairies. The
UN's decision to revise its sanctions policy against Iraq. Hosted by

Golden Rice may prove less beneficial than originally thought. MAX

how the United Nations ensures that human rights are observed among

Essayist and Author John Ralston Saul offered his views on what it
means to be a Canadian citzen today. Mr. Saul's speech took place at
the Canadian Club of Toronto on April 22. CANADA'S MILITARY Military
historian Desmond Morton examined the current state of our national
defences. Mr. Morton's speech took place at the Empire Club of Canada
in Toronto on April 17.
