March for sovereignty!

Urgent notice to First Nations and supporters - 
The Assembly of First Nations will be holding a special Chiefs 
Assembly at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Ottawa on May 22 and 23, 2002.

A MARCH will be held to advance our agenda and oppose the First 
Nations Governance Act initiative.

When:		Thursday, May 23, 2002, 3:00 pm

Where:	starting at the Crowne Plaza (Kent Street) and
		proceeding to Parliament Hill.

A news conference will be held at 3:30 pm on Parliament Hill to 
Announce a national First Nations statement!

We strongly urge people to participate in this march to 
protect the survival of First Nations against the government of 
Canada's assimilation agenda!
