[OPIRG-EVENTS] Sustainable Development Summit Follow-up

The World Federalists of the National Capital Region will hold their
first regular meeting of the 2002-03 season on Tuesday, September 17 at
7:30 p.m. in the Sandy Hill Community Centre, 250 Somerset Street East,
Ottawa.
The speaker will be Angela Rickman, Deputy Director of the Sierra Club
of Canada, on the World Summit on Sustainable Development held recently
in Johannesburg, South Africa.
A question period and refreshments will follow her talk.
World Federalists advocate more just and effective global governance
through the application of the principles of democratic federalism to
world affairs.
