SIMPLIFYING CHRISTMAS AND THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, or  How to Keep the
Christmas Spirit All Year Long. This 6 week series for sane, serene and
joyful living in the midst of chaotic consumerism, begins on Wed. Nov.
6, 7:30-9:30P at Centrepointe House, 380 Centrepointe Dr. West, Nepean.
Discussion, videos,  exercises for personal reflection and sharing, and
weekly action suggestions. Topics include values, time, money,  gift
giving,  festive feasting,  sustainable living and creating a caring
community.  Led by Rev. Isobel McGregor. Sponsored by Befriending the
Earth. Suggested fee: $30 for 6 sessions (includes handouts and simple
