[OPIRG-EVENTS] Emergency Rally - following start of war

		EMERGENCY PLANS on the day that the war starts, 

Ottawa: meet at 5:30 pm at the eternal flame on Parliament Hill for a rally
(or the following day at 5:30 pm if the war starts at any time after 5:30
pm). After a short rally, people will be proceeding from there to the U.S.
embassy.

Gatineau (secteur Hull): at 5:30 pm, corner of St.Laurent and Maisonneuve,
to march to the U.S. Embassy

ON THE FIRST SATURDAY following the start of the war, there will also be an
anti-war rally at 12:00 noon at the eternal flame on Parliament Hill.

If Bush starts the war on Wednesday. March 19 at 8 p.m. EST (4 a.m. Baghdad
time), the demo will be at the Hill 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20, and then
there will be a big demonstration Saturday, March 22 at noon, starting again
at Parliament Hill.
