2. No One Is Illegal march - Montréal, July 27 - transportation, banners etc.

3. Civil liberties working group: Mohamed Harkat case, campaign 
against "security certificates", etc.; coordinating with No One Is 
Illegal (Montreal), Homes not Bombs (Toronto) Direct Action Casework 
Ottawa, International Civil Liberties Monitoring Group, Civil 
Liberties Association

4. Other business, announcements, etc.
