Correction: The above page counts are from ISO 8824 and ISO 8825, the
ISO equivalent X.208/X.209.  X.208 is 73 pages and X.209 is 27 pages,
and are basically the same as the ISO docs, but formatted differently.

Still, this is a lot less than 400+ pages.
