This point forgets that many people will use RSAREF, BSAFE or the 
equivalent.  At least the first two assume bignums are byte strings with MSB 
first.  They may switch order internally.  If we were to attempt to 
do the bignum code a favor by encoding bytes LSB first, we would have to 
reverse bytes before calling BSAFE or RSAREF, so that they could reverse
them again.
