Ron,

	under the rules I thought you and I had agreed to, the only named issuer 
would be of the form

	(issuer (name K1 A))

and the reduction would always work pairwise

1:	(issuer K0)
	(subject (ref K1 A B C))

2:	(issuer (name K1 A))
	(subject (ref K2 E))

yielding

1+2:	(issuer K0)
	(subject (ref K2 E B C))

or, the more reasonable case,

2':	(issuer (name K1 A))
	(subject K3)

yielding

1+2':	(issuer K0)
	(subject (ref K3 B C))

Am I missing something here?
