job for the list: inventing (tag...) fields

Back when we started on SPKI, we polled list members for uses of certificates.
The resulting list was put in the requirements document
draft-ietf-spki-cert-req-00.txt
and a web page: http://www.clark.net/pub/cme/html/spki-reqts.html
Now that we have the certificate format in what seems to be likely to be
stable, it's time to test the (tag) definition framework by defining (tag)
fields (or cert chains) for each of the items in the requirements document.
Rather than do this all myself, I thought it would be good if the original
writers (or anyone else interested) were to come up with (tag) fields. You can
send them to me, for collation and combined posting, or to the list. OK?
