	I think he's asking for a full integer.

	I might N rights:
0) to log in on cybercash.com
1) to both log in and delegate to you the right to log in, but not to 
delegate it further
2) to both log in and delegate to you the right to log in and to delegate it 
further, but not to delegate the right to delegate

etc.
