It is understood that despite having had professional translation of the site, there are still complaints about it. During the multicity test, francophones will be asked to comment on the translation.
Those with comments will be asked to review other comments from other francophones. The native anglophone contractors (despite bilingual eduction) will not be able to make good judgement calls as to which of several translations is most accurate.
