Phase 3: Multicity test

A trial run of the multi-city software will be done. This will occur during the week of March 26, 2001. It will be done for two days of that week.

Volunteers from Environment Canada (all branches, ideally) and selected participating organizations from Ottawa and Vancouver will be asked to participate in a challenge during that week.

This will involve 8 days of work as follows:

1. 2 days to organize the mock-challenge
2. 2 days to run the mock-challenge
3. 3 days to respond to issues and act on them
4. 1 day of project management
