Hi, Donald I am happy to have news about your job. I am actually making a
project with HP Labs in Bristol to secure their CMW machine on an IP
network. So, I am learning all about the protocols which are running on
the IP Layer. I have learn the article from Mark H. Linehan from IBM T.J.
Watson Research Center, which dated 29 June 1994 that in the
References [4] you have sent an incomplete draft as an e-mail to the ipsec
mailing list, which is dated 31 March 1994.

This document made by Lineham is called Comparison of Network-Level
Security Protocols.
