Target date and implementation ?

Hello everyone,

Are there any target date and/or schedule to fix IPSEC 2,ISAKMP
drafts as RFCs ?
Are there any reference information regarding which version of
each spec. to implement as the latest implementation ?

If you look back to my latest summary of things to do, you will notice
that I mentioned
we must provide a Charter statement to our Area Director if we want to
form a Working
Group. According to RFC 1603, section 2.2:

"The formation of a working group requires a charter which is
primarily
negotiated between a prospective working group Chair and the
relevant
	Area Director,..."

The current Charter is somewhat out of date and needs to be updated.
This must be done
before we all start sending seperate messages to IETF/IAB folks who are
probably very very
busy.
