Dan, you wrote that your rekeying model doesn't suffer from the problems
that arise from Tim's model as defined in Tim's rekeying draft.

I don't recall seeing a definition of your rekeying model. Can you spend
a minute defining it on the list so we can compare it to the model
proposed by Tim?
