A few working group meetings are broadcast on the mbone; it can't be 
done for all meetings because of the expense of the equipment and 
camera crews.  WG chairs can request an mbone slot, but availability 
isn't guaranteed; it depends on the demand for broadcast, how 
interesting the topic is perceived to be compared with other groups 
making the request, etc.
