Folks,

Just FYI... On June 21, we submitted 
draft-ietf-ipsec-esn-addendum-00.txt to the Internet drafts 
secretariat.

    Abstract

    This document describes extensions to the Internet IP Security Domain
    of Interpretation for ISAKMP [DOI] that are needed to support
    negotiation of whether or not a Security Association will use
    Extended (64-bit) Sequence Numbers. (See [AH] and [ESP] for a
    description of Extended Sequence Numbers.)

It should get out before the upcoming IETF meeting; but if for some 
reason it doesn't and you'd like a copy, please feel free to contact 
me and I'll send you a copy.  It's only 5 pages long including all 
the copyright, etc. info.
