Hi,

There is an article titled "A River Runs Through It" in the
current issue of Newsweek. This is my first time to learn that there
exists such a thing of removing functional dams. And, more than
exists, there are many happening in America. The demolition cures
the wounded natural environment, brings back, for example, the population
of salmon. Many dams in Taiwan are indeed notorious (some try to
build more). Let's see when will be the 1st one in Taiwan falling down
for the same sake here in the USA. It will be the time to see Rivers
start to run through Taiwan again.

Regards,
Chung-Chih Li
