dam-l expert censored for disagreeing with politicans on Sierra list

It has been brought to my attention that someone who needed to get
"up to speed" [her words] on water resources issues is manning the
Listserv with Sierra Club's CALFED list and has censored one of the
listserve memebers on dam-l, Michael  Rozengurt, an oceanographer,
who is recognized by the world's aquatic science community as an 
expert on estuarine impacts of dams and runoff abstraction. It would
appear that his  opinions, based on ovver 40 years of studying
this specialized area  disagree with the policticians on the list.

And so Ms Michelle Moss has removed Dr. Rozengurt, a reciognized
expert from the list.

Perhaps some of you on the list would like to comment on that.

CalFed's recommendations amount to avg flows per 250 or 300 years.
