women's march - media training event
UP WITH WOMEN'S WAGES -- SPREADING THE WORD
Develop skills for communicating with media and the public. This hands-on,
day-long course is part of the local planning and mobilizing for the World
March of Women 2000.
Saturday, May 27th
Media Training Workshop organized by the Ottawa-Carleton CUPE District
Council
Where: 170 Metcalfe St., 5th Floor, Ottawa (in the Canadian Federation of
Students office)
When: 10 am to 4 pm
Cost: $5 or pay what you can

Space is limited to a maximum of 20 participants
Participants will learn about planning a communications strategy, and will
get a chance to draft a press release and other campaign material. No
experience necessary! Bring your ideas and enthusiasm.
