[OPIRG-EVENTS] Tuesday's non-violent spaces/actions meeting (fwd)

AS announced this past weeekend and last Tuesday, there will be a
community organizing meeting for those interested in discussing non-violent
actions and spaces for G-20/IMF/World Bank meetings
on this coming Tuesday, November 6th at 7 p.m.at the CUPE boardroom, 20
James Street.

The goal of this meeting is to discuss potential non-violent activities,
the steps necessary to ensure non-violence and the needs of diverse
community groups in Ottawa and the surrounding area who have expresesed
a desire to participate but under non-violent circumstances only.
Results from this meeting will be communicated to the community and taken
to the larger organizing body for the November 17th weekend.

Individuals and groups who convene on Tuesday do so with the intention of
advocating for *inclusive* and *participatory* demonstrations
and other forms of non-violent protest that recognize the diversity of our
communities and the vulnerability of marginalized groups and individuals
who may be especially targetted for their dissent.
