Une Introduction à l'animation des cuisines collectives

les sujets à discuter incluent:
- Modèles variés de cuisines collectives
- commencer une cuisine collective
- résolutions des conflits inter-culturels
- trucs pour animer

Session #2 (en français)
19 septembre 13h - 17h
20 septembre 13h-17h
21 septembre 10h-14h

Session #4 (English)
3 octobre 13h- 17h

Cette formation est gratuite mail il faut s'y inscrire. Il y aura un
frais variant de $1.50 et $3.00 pour le coût des provisions de la
session de cuisine. Des billets d'autobus et une service de garde sont
disponibles.

Lieu: Centre de santé communautaire Côte de Sable 
         221 rue Nelson, salle 404
         accessible pour les chaises roulantes

An Introduction to Facilitating Collective Kitchens
Topics covered include: different models, how to start a kitchen,
orientation, planning and cooking sessions, tips for facilitation etc.

This training is free but pre-registration is necessary.  Bus tickets
and childcare are available. You will  be expected to contribute between
$1.50 to $3.00 to purchase groceries for our 1 collective cooking
session.

Place: Sandy Hill Community Health Centre
            221 Nelson (across from Loblaws)
           Room 404 (wheelchair accessible)
