A query was received from BEST (Vancouver): it was not clear to them how they would be able to enter just totals for an organization that had, for instance, used diary cards. This request was received on May 18. And attempt to acknowledge the request failed to get sent, but one was provided again on May 24th, indicating that no solution was currently available, but that options would be explored.
Additional tables and additions to the tally system were implemented during the week of May 22, and were tested the following week with the help of BEST.
