	 I can't help but notice, that it seems like IP shouldn't really
	 be secure from the Steve's attack at all. Maybe being host-to-
	 host secure is good enough for Secure IP, and Socket Layer
	 Security could take care of mutually agressive users
	 [on the same host]?

I'm not sure that that's feasible with most of today's operating
systems.
