Cheryl, The arch doc was distribuetd to the list on 7/30, but it did not get posted to the I-D directory. We have held off posting that version, pedning changes discussed at the Munich meeting. I'll be gald to send a copy of the 7/30 version to anyone who requires it, but it is under going significant changes. Steve
