Ottawa Vegetarian Society potluck

this Sunday, September 26, dinner starts at 6 pm

at the Sandy Hill Community Centre, 250 Somerset Street East (#16 bus).

After dinner, there will be a slide/video presentation on Ayurvedic therapies
by Sylvia Larrass, past director at Maharishi Ayur-Veda College in Victoria

Please bring your own plate, cup and utensils, as well as $3 to contribute
towards the cost of renting the hall.

Please include a card listing the ingredients in your dish.
