ipsec mailing list archive
there are two email archives listed on ipsec wg webpage:

unfortunately, both of those do not work. could you please find
another one and list it onto the webpage?

ftp.ans.net/pub/archive/ipsec - the archive is ancient
with google, i found a couple of these. i dunno which is better than
the others.
